Voluntary Account Closure

- Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided that all outstanding wagering requirements have been met.

Enforced Closure

Dispute Resolution

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
